Odoo ERP Implementations

From process audit to your team working independently in the system

One system instead of spreadsheets, inboxes and separate programmes

Odoo is an open-source ERP system that integrates sales, warehousing, manufacturing, accounting, purchasing and customer service in a single database. An order placed by a sales representative automatically reserves stock in the warehouse, generates a manufacturing order if the finished product is unavailable, and creates an invoice after dispatch — without manually re-entering data between systems.

In practice, this eliminates the situation where sales works in one programme, the warehouse in another, and accounting in a third. We remove stock discrepancies, double data entry, and the cost of maintaining integrations between separate systems.

Open source

Full access to the system's source code. No vendor lock-in — if you change your implementation partner, your data and configuration stay with you.

Single database

Sales, warehousing, manufacturing and accounting operate on the same records. A price change in the pricelist is immediately reflected in quotations, orders and invoices.

Incremental deployment

Start with the modules that address the most pressing problem. Add further ones when the team is ready — without replacing the system or re-migrating data.

Implementation step by step

Every project starts with understanding the actual workflows in your company, continues through configuration and migration, and concludes when the team is working independently.

Step 01

Process audit

We spend time with the people who actually do the work. We map the order flow from initial customer contact to dispatch and settlement. We identify where the company loses time, data or money.

Step 02

Configuration and integration

We configure modules, data structures, automation rules and access rights. Where the company uses existing systems, we connect them to Odoo via API, file exchange or dedicated connectors.

Step 03

Data migration

We migrate contacts, product catalogues, bills of materials, stock levels, open orders and transaction history. Every import is validated — data enters the system clean, consistent and complete.

Step 04

Team training

We train on the company's own data, not demo data. The warehouse operator practises with their products, the sales representative with their customers. After training, everyone knows what to click and why.

Step 05

Support and development

After go-live, we help resolve day-to-day issues, optimise processes and enable additional modules as organisational readiness grows.

We implement where we know the realities

Our implementation experience is concentrated in companies where the flow of materials, information and documents is complex enough to justify an ERP system.

Manufacturing companies

Multi-level bills of materials, MRP planning with supplier lead times, lot and serial number tracking, production cost accounting. We trace every product from raw material to dispatch — including waste and by-products.

Trading companies

Multi-tier pricelists, contract discounts, multi-warehouse management, automatic reorder rules, courier and e-commerce integrations. Full control from order to delivery and return.

Export companies

Multi-currency pricelists and settlements, documents in the buyer's language, tax localisations for various jurisdictions, Intrastat, letter of credit handling. One environment for domestic and international markets.

Modules we implement most frequently

Odoo has over 80 official modules and thousands of OCA extensions. Below are those on which we build the majority of our implementations.

Sales

Quotations, sales orders, multi-tier pricelists. Automatic generation of purchase orders and manufacturing orders from sales confirmations.

CRM

Sales opportunity pipeline, lead scoring, activity planning, revenue forecasting. Complete customer interaction history in one place.

Project

Task management, milestones, time tracking, integration with invoicing.

Helpdesk

Service tickets, SLA management, knowledge base, customer portal and automatic ticket assignment.

Inventory

Multi-warehouse operations, location zones, picking routes, cycle counting, integration with barcode scanners and scales.

Manufacturing (MRP)

Manufacturing orders, multi-level BOMs, work centre capacity planning, OEE, in-process and post-production quality control.

Purchase

RFQs, purchase orders, supplier evaluation, min/max and MTO replenishment rules, delivery timeliness and compliance analysis.

Knowledge base

Internal company documentation, procedures, workstation instructions. Structured articles with search, versioning and team-based access control.

Why we choose Odoo

We have worked with various ERP systems. We recommend Odoo to companies for which the ratio of functionality to total cost of ownership genuinely matters.

No vendor lock-in

Open source code, open API, data export at any time. If you change your implementation partner, the system, data and configuration remain within your company.

Predictable cost of ownership

An Odoo Enterprise licence is a fraction of the cost of comparable systems. No hidden fees for users, modules or upgrades — the implementation budget is transparent from day one.

Pace of development

Odoo releases a new version every year with hundreds of improvements. The OCA community provides thousands of free modules extending functionality — from tax localisations to industry-specific integrations.
